Skegness Charity Bike Ride: Pedaling for a Cause

At Linney, teamwork is more than just a motto—it’s a way of life. And nowhere is that more evident than in our annual Skegness Charity Bike Ride. This year, 39 dedicated riders took on the challenge of cycling 80 miles to raise funds for five incredible charities: Forever Stars, Bowel Cancer UK (in memory of our dear colleague Phil Crumpton), Stroke Association, Endometriosis UK, and Parkinson’s UK.

The ride wasn’t just about endurance—it was about coming together for a greater cause. Over 1.9 million pedal revolutions later, our team raised an astounding £7,383, thanks to the generous donations of friends, family, and colleagues.

Whether it was through bake sales, raffles, or simply cheering from the sidelines, the entire Linney community played a part in making this event a success. We’re already looking forward to next year’s ride and another opportunity to support charities close to our hearts.
