We visited the Emily Harris Foundation at King’s Mill Hospital’s Neonatal Unit to see their remarkable work supporting babies, families, and staff. From easing financial strain to funding specialist training, the charity plays a vital role in giving vulnerable newborns the best possible start.

This upgrade from our previous Gold rating reflects a year of strengthened policies, improved processes, and the collective efforts of teams across the business to drive meaningful sustainability progress.

Our Mansfield site is now home to five thriving beehives, creating a haven for pollinators and supporting local biodiversity. In partnership with a local beekeeper, the bees play a vital role across our green spaces while producing our very own Linney honey, helping bring our sustainability commitments to life.
