Charity and Community Work

We were delighted to visit Our Dementia Choir in Nottingham and see first-hand the incredible impact they have on people affected by dementia. Through the power of music, the choir creates a welcoming community that brings joy, connection, and confidence to its members while raising awareness of dementia across the UK.

We were delighted to support Friends of Berry Hill Park, a volunteer-led group dedicated to protecting and enhancing one of Mansfield’s most valued green spaces. Through projects including a community orchard, apiary, and outdoor learning area, they are helping ensure the park remains a place of recreation, nature, and community for generations to come.

John Eastwood Hospice was one of the charities selected in our annual raffle this year. We visited the hospice to hand over the donation and were truly inspired by the exceptional care they provide to patients with life-limiting conditions in Mansfield.

We visited the Emily Harris Foundation at King’s Mill Hospital’s Neonatal Unit to see their remarkable work supporting babies, families, and staff. From easing financial strain to funding specialist training, the charity plays a vital role in giving vulnerable newborns the best possible start.
