This year, Mansfield Cats Protection was one of the amazing charities chosen to receive proceeds from the Linney charity raffle. This dedicated organisation works tirelessly to rescue, care for, and rehome cats in need, giving them a second chance at a loving home.
In the past year alone, the charity has rehomed 410 cats and kittens and neutered 297 to help prevent unwanted litters. Some of their residents require extra time and care, with their longest-stay cats receiving over 158 days of treatment before finally finding their forever families.
One of our colleagues, Kathy Parry, who has personally rehomed five cats from the centre, shared:
"They do a brilliant job caring for all the cats and kittens. It’s wonderful that Linney’s donation can help with ongoing vet bills and food costs."
