Leon’s Legacy was established in 2019 in memory of Leon, whose life was tragically cut short. His family turned their grief into action by starting a campaign to install defibrillators in schools and public spaces. These life-saving devices can be the difference between life and death during cardiac emergencies, but accessibility is key.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of Leon’s family and supporters, Leon’s Legacy has already installed 51 defibrillators across the Midlands. Each one has the potential to save lives, ensuring that communities are better equipped to handle emergencies. This year, our donation from the Christmas raffle will help fund defibrillators placed in outdoor cabinets, so they’re available to anyone in need, 24/7.
Leon’s Legacy is a charity that truly embodies the power of turning personal tragedy into a force for good. We are proud to contribute to their efforts and ensure more defibrillators are available to keep our communities safe.
