We’re delighted to lend our support to 138 Sqn Air Cadets, one of the outstanding organisations that received funding from this year’s Linney charity raffle.
Based at the TA Centre in Carlton, 138 Sqn Air Cadets provides young people with exciting opportunities to build confidence, gain qualifications, and develop skills that will benefit them for life. From participating in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award to attending camps, practical training sessions, and leadership activities, the squadron helps shape future careers and education pathways.
Like many youth organisations, 138 Sqn faces financial challenges in equipping their unit. With no funding beyond donated uniforms, they rely heavily on fundraising and donations to provide essential resources. Our contribution will help them work towards key goals in 2025, including:
✈️ Purchasing a flight simulator
💻 Buying much-needed laptops
🏕️ Subsidising spring and summer camps for their cadets
We’re thrilled to contribute to an organisation that empowers young people to achieve their full potential. A huge thank you to Matt Payne for sharing the incredible work of 138 Sqn Air Cadets, and we look forward to seeing their continued success!
