Charity and Community Work

We recently delivered over 500 pouches of baby food to Sherwood Forest Foodbank, thanks to a generous donation from one of our clients. The foodbank provides essential care packages to over 300 families each week and operates out of St. Peter's Church in Mansfield Woodhouse.

This year, we made significant donations to support our community, contributing over £15,000 across multiple causes. From providing £3,000 worth of lingerie to a Refuge Shelter to donating school materials and raffle prizes, we are proud to have helped those in need.

In partnership with Portland College, we’ve reintroduced supported internships. These internships help young adults gain valuable work experience in a supportive environment, allowing them to develop skills and confidence for the workforce.

Our GD Studio teams have been combining wellness with community service through monthly activities like archery and pancake-making. This month, however, the focus shifted to an environmental effort, as over 20 team members participated in a litter-picking event, improving the local area despite the rainy weather.

We were pleased to donate food to The Beacon Project, which supports Mansfield's homeless and vulnerable adult community. Our donation, sourced from leftover items from a client shoot, was warmly received, and we had the opportunity to see first-hand the incredible work they do.
